In winter skiing and snowboarding on perfectly groomed slopes - Villabassa is a central point of departure to the ski resorts of Alta Pusteria, Monte Baranci, Monte Elmo (approx. 12 km), Croda Rossa, Kameriot, Cortina (approx. 30 km) and Plan de Corones (approx. 12 km). 
The Ski Val Pusteria express train - comprehensive access to over 200 km of pistes
Every 30 minutes the Ski Val Pusteria express train takes skiers to the skiing region Sesto Dolomites and to the skiing region Plan de Corones. This opens up over 200 km of pistes for you. Board the Ski Val Pusteria express train and enjoy the landscape. Railway stations: Versciaco/Monte Elmo in the skiing region Sesto Dolomites and Perca-Plan de Corones (Ried).
In winter you can use the Ski Val Pusteria express train is free of charge.

Cross-country ski lovers find in Alta Pusteria more than 200 kilometres of cross-country slopes with all levels of difficulty for professionals and beginners. 

Fun for kids 

Our young guests find all the space they need in our garden: the playground equipped with swing, sliding board, sand box and trampoline...
Your children can meet animals at our farm: dairy cows, young calves and a cat. Young eyes light up when it comes to helping to feed animals or just watching and try fresh milk.

Kurpark Villabassa - children’s paradise with playground and adventure land

For children the Kurpark Villabassa is a paradise. Alongside the large playground with its swings, slides and sandpits, there is also the “adventure land” for kids from 12 years of age. They  can let off steam in the tree-house, swinging on the mega liana and racing down the gorilla slide. When you are tired from all that rushing about, you can have a snooze in the hammock.
There is a water play area with locks and sluices. In 2014 the Association for Children’s playgrounds and Relaxation (VKE) granted Villabassa the award for the “most child-friendly parish in South Tyrol”. Adults can relax in the Kneipp facility Raiffeisen Kneipp für mich® spa adventure park.
